Gilbert Rivera
Gilbert is a strength and conditioning coach, working with a wide range of clients – from those trying to live a more active, healthy lifestyle to professional athletes in a variety of sports. Gilbert understands what his athletic clients need and how far to push to motivate them to take their performance to the next level. He is a life-long learner and continues to expand his knowledge. In his free time enjoys playing soccer, basketball, snowboarding, dirt bikes, MMA, boxing and kickboxing.
Gilbert has over 18 of experience and has a passion for helping his clients achieve their goals whether that is weight loss, improved flexibility and movement, health longevity, muscular imbalances, or post-injury recovery.
